  • I went to Dr. Shindell office a little over a week ago took time off of work to take my daughter in and let me tell you it was a horrible experience. Check-in receptionist was NOT friendly at all didn't greet us, right away just asked for the patients name was very rude about everything. I stated to the receptionist "You guys aren't very friendly at all" she just laughed and shrugged. I then stated I'll be sure to let the Doctor know her reply was "you do that". Once I was in the room waiting to see Dr. Shindell he comes in shakes my hand states he's Dr. Shindell. My response as I shake his hand "Hi my name is Cynthia how are you doing"..... No response he just asked what we were in for. After I stated what was wrong he just felt my daughters legs stated she was fine she will grow out of it once she's 3 or 4 if not to go back to see him. No x-rays just some feeling of the legs and that was it. Needless it was a pointless visit and the staff and Doctor did not have any decent patient services at all.
