  • This was one of the worst stay-cations we ever had. The front desk was so rude. The rooms were uncomfortable and lacked the feeling of a welcoming hotel. After our series of bad situations I called the general manager who's office is located in another hotel, he further confirmed what a poorly managed, terrible company culture, company this was. I believe they are seeking profit not making their hotels a welcoming place to stay.
