  • It takes me A LOT to write a review....I always tell myself to do it, then I forget....But I cannot forget this time because I had the BEST customer service of my life at the Grand Pool Complex. Why, you ask? His name is Byron! He is the host with the most! Great attitude, hilarious, attentive, hard working, kind, and an all around amazing human!!! He showed my friends and I the best time in Vegas. I would drive hours and hours just to experience his level of service again. Thanks Byron!
