What a tremendous disappointment.
Just moved into the neighborhood and was happy to move my family of 5 to this nice vision center.
Set the first appointment over one week in advance, was handed an appointment card and received a confirmation of the appointment and time the day before.
Upon arrival we were informed that "you wont be happy but our appointment is an hour later".
I would guess there is a reason for the reschedule, but no explanation.
I said OK and the guy behind the counter said Ill scan your paperwork. I stated we wouldn't make the new appointment time and that I may have to find another place.
The employees response was "there's other places down the street".
Unreal to me. Not so hard to just apologize and say we needed to make a change.
I hope their management can address and ensure better communication in the future for their customers.
