  • I came to Wildfish on a recommendation from others for my birthday dinner. The experience was truly wonderful. We started by ordering a bottle of wine. Sometimes wine lists can be intimidating and servers can be pushy about which bottles you should order, but not here. The wine list has everything from $40 bottles to $200 bottles and the server didn't push any on us. We selected a white blend that we really enjoyed. We started with shrimp cocktail and lobster bisque. The shrimp were huge and really perfect. They were served with sauces including an atomic horseradish and a lemon covered with a cheesecloth to prevent the seeds from getting out. It's all about the details. I ordered the swordfish which was served with an amazing sauce, crab, and avocado. It was phenomenal. My fiance ordered the chilean sea bass which was so fine it was served with chopsticks. It literally melted in your mouth. This was literally the best fish I've ever had. It was absolutely incredible. Wildfish is perfect for a romantic or special evening. It was fantastic!
