  • I would give this place 3.5. Don't get me wrong, this place is nice but have some room to grow. Read further for the details. I came to this place because I bought Groupon (love groupon lol). The place was highly clean, modern with minimal interior details. The front lady was welcoming and explained all details. Although in the beginning, I was skeptical about the service lady, after brief talk, The service lady made me feel comfortable. We had a nice talk, and also, I liked her facial that she made me. Here what I didn't like or I had some concerns. Although place was depicted as a medical spa, it's still not the same level as place at the professional surgeon. However, for my surprise, the prices were higher than at any professional surgeon's medical spa. Here some comparison: they offer microneedling for 350$, when the same procedure at Beachwood Goldman's place you can do the same service around 250-280$. Of course, they have some price specials but i didn't find that attractive. Next, I disliked all procedure of my facial. After entering to the room where my facial supposed to be, the service lady asked me to lie down on the chair. I asked if I need to take out my shoes or my sweater, and she said no. I was displeased because I wore turtleneck and my shoes were wet because it was snowing outside. So, I said that I still wanted to take out my sweater and boots. Then, for my surprise, the chair wasn't cover with anything nor linen sheet neither clear sheet that you can usually see in the cosmetic salon. As I am anal and picky about cleanliness, I hesitated to lied down. The facial was just 30 minutes ( I know, it was a groupon), and I couldn't say that it was an amazing transformation or facial to die for. The service lady did the best what she could and actually, she gave me other ideas that I could do in the future. However, I didn't come back to this place even I had another coupon. I lost it and I didn't have any regrets. I hope the place will improve in the future as I am willing to visit one more time. In the end, I want to say that the place is nice but has some flaws. I tried to explained what I liked and didn't, but that's my subjective experience. Maybe someone will have totally different experience and that's totally fine.
