  • If I could give this zero I would. Disgusting and disrespectful employees. I called them multiple times asking for them to remove my info from their systems. I was told they did however I keep getting sales calls and solicitation. Today I called in and wanted an answer as to why. The customer care rep proceeded to YELL at me because I tried to calmly explain to her if I'm not in your system like you guys have told me then you don't need my phone number to look me up. She snapped at me and was disrespectful. Of course I got angry and the situation escalated. Another rep named Jamie then proceeded to tell me she will not deal with me and I said you have to because I'm a customer and I pay your salary and she laughed and said you do not pay my salary so I will not assist you. What a joke. People don't buy a car from them they are ungrateful and rude.
