  • Be prepared to pay up front no matter what is happening to the dog. Not a busy place no wait. Also if you found a dog has a chip they will give owners 1 hour to pick up dog or animal control gets called to pick up. If no chip they won't take the dog or kitten. But If injured stray will take for humane society or animal control to pick up. Could have better customer service up front and be a bit empathetic would b nice also.
