Don't Ever purchase the car from them , I bought a 2017 santafe ultimate since September 2016 and the sunroof were cracked for no reason. I took it back to south Charlotte Hyundai to fixed with the warranty. They kept my car for 10days to fix it and gave me a rental car and I not suppose to pay the rental fees. 10 days after, I returned the car to enterprise and I got charged $200 for rental and I went back Hyundai to pick up my car which kept there for 10 days but the roof only need 2 hours to fixed they say. When I got in to my car and saw that my gas tank were empty (It was full before I left ) and the mileage on the car got use 400 miles within 10 days. Who drove my car? I asked the person that served me! He keep saying I don't know. I don't know. First time ever happen, and same excuse to my brand new car. The roof cracked in itself also first time ever happen. At here I am telling all the car buyer, do not purchase anything from them or service . Specialist do not leave your car to them , you will see the mileage go up with empty gas.
