  • I'm married to a Filipina who is also a certified French Chef, so maybe I am expecting too much. But the food was just ok, and the atmosphere was kind of cold. Maybe if you are a Filipino that is ok, but I was hoping for a warmer atmosphere, because that is one thing that set Filipinos apart...always warm and welcoming.
