Art of Shaving use to be superb; great barbers, customer service, overpriced retail, so 2 out of 3! When my barber had to call off because of illness no one notified me to reschedule or reschedule me with another barber. I have a standing appointment every 2 weeks, spend over $100 a month on a simple beard trim and this is the way I am treated....Unfortunately it's not my barbers fault the the blame kids at corporate level, all about PROFIT and NOT about PEOPLE! Thanks to my barber it was a great run BUT it's DONE!
