  • I don't go to home depot often but I have recently because I got a new place. Everyone has been friendly and helpful and I actually love going to Home Depot but my last visit there was a new girl in the paint department that didn't know how to smile was rude and simply plain and careless. She had no customer service experience I really don't know why they hired her. She's short with curly hair and Hispanic. I couldn't figure what paint to get and her comment was "instead of wasting your time and money stop confine in and take the palate samples till you can decide" um first of all if I spend $ it's my problem I obviously have to buy samples and secondly I'm spending money because I want to find the right color third of all you don't own your own house still live at moms so don't know how important and personal decorating your OWN home can be. So put a smile on act like you care about the job and help me. I think her name was Roxana or something like that. I went last week she said she was new and literally was just rude and careless. Home Depot you can do way better than that.
