3 components make pho: broth, herbs and fresh garnishes, and noodles and protein. All three components need to be done well or the pho won't be good. Well this place hit all three components out of the park. I'm more than super impressed as good pho is hard to find. Light golden delicate beautiful pho broth you could drink all day. Some of the herbs were a gamble on freshness but the majority (and the freshness of the garnishes) made up for a few wilted pieces. Chicken pho for the win. I almost didn't come here due to distance but I'm so glad I did! A must try for pho fans.
