  • I have been here 3 times. 1 was a good experience with a doctor named Schwartz. She is an amazing OBGYN. The next time I tried to make an appointment with Schwartz I was told there was a 2 month wait. So, I made an appointment with another doctor because I was leaving the country for work and wanted to be sure I would have BC. I got to the appointment, stripped down and waited, then that doctor told me she couldn't do my annual check up because I had to wait 2 more weeks for my insurance to pay for it. Cool, wish I had known that before I was naked. She offered to extend my birth control until I came back. I believed her a week later when my current BC was almost gone I realized she never sent in the prescription. I called Southwest Medical. They put in an emergency request which meant I would hear back in 24 hours. Then nothing. Called 7 more times, each time they sent a request and no one answered. They called 3 times and no one answered. It's the day before I fly to Europe and I go to the office. They are rude and say they have no answer and to wait. Then they come and ask me what medication it is and if I'm sure I actually got it from them. In the end Dr. Schwartz came to my rescue and offered to call it in. This place is absolutely terrible. I hope Dr. SCHWARTZ moves to a real hospital or office because her talent is being wasted at such an unresponsive and useless facility.
