Superior service from this location.
When I arrived it was clear that this was a busier than normal day, for the single person working the counter. In spite of the surrounding chaos the customer rep let me know there were a couple of people ahead of me in line and would get to me as soon as possible. As he cleared out the queue he made sure to check back in with me and let me know that I had not been forgotten, and gave me timely status updates on the rental (they're bringing it over, they're cleaning it, etc.)
I got my rental vehicle and was off on my way to work. Later when I got back into the vehicle I noticed the distinct odor of cigarette smoke. I called enterprise and asked if they could switch me to another vehicle. They apologized and put a replacement (upgraded ) vehicle aside for me. I came back to exchange, they apologized profusely again, and ten minutes later I drove away in the replacement rental.
I'm incredibly pleased by the dedication to customer service shown by the staff at this location. Especially considering that my cars manufacturer is probably only paying for a basic bare bones car rental. This is definitely the company and location I will be using in the future when I'm spending my on cash on a rental.
