One of my favorite Japanese restaurants in the SW area. I've never left this place feeling disappointed. I love the premium sashimi here. All the fish/seafood are always fresh and the presentation is wonderful. I've also tried their omakase, which is a really good value and a good way to try their well-known dishes, such as the yellowtail yuzu, golden ocean trout, and braised short rib. The omakase ended with a matcha cheesecake and macaroons as desserts. I also go here a lot for happy hour, which is from 5-7 PM. Get there early as this place is always busy. $3 sapporo draft, $3 house sake, and a variety of food items for $5. Such good deals! Must get their cajun albacore, escobar carpaccio, baked mussels, and salmon carpaccio! Service is top notch! All the servers I've encountered are always so friendly and courteous. I also love sitting at the sushi bar because all the sushi chefs are awesome!
