| - My mom and I went here for a girls spa day. We both received a 50 minute massage and a pedicure.
The Massage:
The massage was great. We got started a little late so it deducted from my time, but that was my fault. She asked what hurt, and I told her my neck and shoulders. She worked on those the most, which was great, but then barely touched the rest of my body. She asked how things was, and if the pressure was okay, and she was polite and courteous. Not the best massage ever, but there wasn't anything wrong with it either.
The Pedicure:
To start with, my mom and I just finished our massages and were getting changed in the dressing room. The technicians walked into the room calling out our names (this is supposed to be a quieter room after all). They take us to the front salon area and begin the pedicure. The whole time they talked to each other, barely engaging in conversation with either my mom or I. They also talked a lot about going out and partying and drinking and being hungover. I was very disappointed by that. I get it, we all have personal lives, but some things are not meant to be talked about with customers/clients. They even talked about how the CFO came in the other day for a hair cut and they were all drooling over him. This was all brought up on their own, neither my mom or I asked them anything.
Lastly, the pedicure itself was terrible. The nail polish was on as much of my skin as it was the nail, she rushed everything, and barely massaged my feet or legs like a normal spa, and on top of it all, the pedicure was $75 not including tip! I am better off going to a small salon in town for $20 instead.
I might come back for a massage, but never for any salon services.
