I'm so upset about this service. We booked this trip for January 1st to be picked up at the bellagio around 9:50 am so we can go in our trip at 11 am. I was sitting like an idiot since 9:50 until I called the customer service of this company around 10:20 am asking about my shuttle that supposed to picked me up , they told me exactly this: " Oh that's good that you called we wanted to let you know that your flight has been canceled due the weather " I was like are you serious???? The lady said yes we just canceled and that's good that you called, on top of that she said it'll take between 7/10 days for them to return my money to my credit card. I can tell you that I perfectly understand if my flight gets canceled due the weather conditions but it's not my job to call and find out why I was waiting for almost 30 minutes a shuttle that never showed up. The lady on the phone was absolutely rude and told me don't argue with me I'm just here to answer the phone , her name is Sara or Tara I can't remember . Please do not waste your money with such unprofessional company.
