By all accounts, this should not really be a place that I enjoy. The crowd is just not my style, nor is the area.
However, I've been here many times and always have fun. I really believe it matters more who you are with than where you are. I keep pretty decent company I guess!
The service is slow and not very friendly - especially if you aren't part of the facial piercing/tattoo/hipster scene or ordering PBR (yuck).
The decor is nice, even if it's completely manufactured. Fake brick, benches, fireplaces....you get the idea. The juke box is a nice touch, even if you aren't hip to most of the music (it's only 25 cents a song) - but it gets so loud in there, you may not hear your tunes. There is also a DJ on weekends, so forget about it.
Anyhow, check it out.
