| - Best buffet I've ever had.
So as you probably know, thus buffet can be broken down into a few sections. I came for the dinner selection so idk if it is the same for lunch.
Asian cuisine-they have a wide variety of dim sum and sushi dishes, as well as a ramen/noodle soup bar. I did not try too many items from this sections since I eat high quality Asian food very frequently, but I was very tempted. The ahi hand roll was by far my favorite from this section; I was very impressed with the quality of their sashimi. Definitely would do it again.
Mexican cuisine-I am so mad because they did not have the horchata available when I went. However, the guava Agua Fresca was very perfect. It was very light and pleasant :) I also didn't get to try the famous made to order tacos-but they did look delicious- so I am just missing out on everything!
Soup-OH MY GOODNESS the truffle mushroom soup was AMAZING. It was the first thing I tried and I melted. I would highly recommend it.
Seafood- Personally, I am not a big fan of seafood. But, I could not pass up the sea bass and ceviche. Bother were delicious, I especially appreciate the texture of the sea bass, very well done. If I were to come back, I would want to try the salmon and maybe the crab legs(depending on my mood).
Carvery-meh. I expected better. However, it wasn't terrible. Still high quality.
Desserts- FINALLY, my favorite section. They had desserts galore with everything from artisan ice cream to some Asian pudding desserts. My favorites were the red velvet cake, jasmine rice pudding, mango sago, and FRENCH MACARONS. The Thai iced tea boba item was good;however, the boba was subpar. Not worth the calories.
