  • Worst experience I've ever had when spending $1,000+. Bought a leather loveseat and one arm did not match the other. After much arguing they tried to replace it but the color did not match. The recliner stuffing was lopsided and it had to be re-stuffed. Instead of acknowledging the problem I was told I was being too picky. Awful.
