  • It's nice to know that excellent service is still around. I needed a bag of soft water resin on a Saturday and the owner came in and opened up the shop to take care of me. I walked into a spotlessly clean business and was immediately greeted by the owner and he gave myself and my daughter a cold drink. He then answered all questions I had and gave me pointers on changing the resin, advice which likely saved me from ruining my system in the process. He threw in a couple of items I would need and made the job much easier. He likely didn't make a whole lot of money off my visit, but I was given excellent service. Now my softener is working flawlessly. If mine ever breaks, I know who I'm calling. Thanks!!
