Excellent service from hostess to waiter and helper. Can not say anything bad about staff. Very excellent.
Baby green salad was very good.
Bone in 20oz Rib Eye steak was very very disappointing. Lacked flavor, meat was nowhere near tender, fat was hard and or rubberband where other steakhouses you can eat the fat like it was a delicacy. I have been to 10-15 high end steakhouses between Las Vegas and Los Angeles and I only order the bone in rib eye and I would probably have to put this one towards the bottom. Morton's Steakhouse still has the absolute best rib eye every time I ago. Super disappointing. By the way my wife ordered the filet and that was very good.
Ordered the Baked potato and asparagus as sides. Asparagus was good but the baked potato was really dry and and there wasn't enough fixings to bring it back to life.
Ordered the butter cake for the desert...Only order this from Maestros. There's is the only top notch butter cake.
I really didn't want to be that negative but when there are many many steakhouses to choose from in Las Vegas you can understand when you pick the one that doesn't measure up. We were going to Craftsteak originally but last minute change our minds and ultimately made a mistake.
Maybe it was because we ate on a Wednesday night and there main chef took the night off possibly, or the meat buyer was dealt a bad batch awhile ago, I don't know. What I do know is that wasn't worth $270.
