  • If I could give zero stars, I would. Just as the other reviews mention, there were tons and tons of hidden costs. First, $49.99 to move our television, then $39.99 per roll of plastic wrap. Towards the end of the move, Allstar Moving and Storage broke our glass coffee table down the middle. Their contract states that we have 2 weeks from the time of move to file a claim. I have now left voicemails with the claims department for 12 days and am yet to receive even one response. I have also left messages for Andrew, the "manager", and am also yet to receive a response. I'm seriously considering reaching out to the fraud group at the Chandler Police Department if I do not receive even a return phone call. This has been the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever been involved with. I would not recommend Allstar Moving and Storage to my absolute worst enemy. STAY AWAY!
