I was very impressed with Monta Noodle House ramen. I went on a Friday afternoon during peak lunch & got a table for 8 in just 10-15 minutes.
Ordered the Tonkotsu broth with egg. The noodles were perfect, thin just how I like it. The broth was just the right texture & I like how you can add your own garlic & ginger to get the right flavor/taste. The egg was medium boiled...soooo good! The pork was just okay- The peices were thin & it didn't taste very fresh, I've had better. But overall, very good bowl of ramen. I'm kind of a ramen addict so am very picky about my ramens. This one seemed very authentic & the staff in the kitchen were Japanese, which is a plus.
Also had the pork belly for an appetizer. That was very tasty, tender, & fatty!
The location is away from the strip but the ramen was reasonably priced & definitely worth the drive! I would come back again!
