  • Sorry, I'm just not that into you. For me, this little dive (note: the store front says Nazare, not Communist's Daughter) lacked personality and charm. It's definitely no frills: just beer and very basic mixed drinks. The barman said he couldn't even make me a whiskey sour. Maybe we arrived too early for there to be any discernible atmosphere? Maybe a little music would help out in that regard? I mean, it wasn't so bad that I'd give it a 1 or 2 out of 5...it's a dive after all, so I have to adjust expectations. But with so many other interesting bars in this neighbourhood, I won't be rushing back here anytime soon.
