Store is fine but the employees are not helpful what so ever. Waited 30 minutes for someone to help in the mobile department, when I finally was able to snag someone they left half way through my question to go talk to another employee. After i complained to management, they sent someone who didn't know a darn thing about the department. Isn't best buy trained to have their employees walking around to help those customers who are walking aimlessly around the store, to help sell products?? I was itchy to spend some decent money today and walked out with only a purchase I knew I needed. Too bad they lost some good sales due to poor customer service.
