  • The lower rent is not worth it. They find any fee to add on to your rent. We were walking our dog to the car and a resident yelled at us to clean up the dog poo on the sidewalk (which was not from our dog) and when we told him that he said ok, but told the office anyway and they charged us a $45 fee. We told them it wasn't us and they didn't care. Charged us anyways. The police are constantly there. The parking is the worst. When you leave, you can kiss the security deposit goodbye. They charged us for having to paint the walls when we left even though we didn't do a THING to them, except wipe for dust. I'm convinced they just make up fees to keep the deposit. 16/10 would not recommend to anyone.
