  • Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and subway. The staff was super friendly. I left $74 cash in the safe, and they all ensured that I received every cent back. The housekeeping staff greeted my daughter each time they saw her. Everyone smiled and greeted us upon each passing. Every morning for breakfast, Ranuka (sp?), the Chef, would greet us. She'd engage in friendly tourist convos and make suggestions. She was very polite and attentive to my daughter, Lola. Love the staff at this location. Giving 4 and not 5 because The hotel room seemed a tad bit dated, but still clean.
