If it were possible to give zero stars that is exactly what it deserves. We were staying at their allegedly over 1000 square feet suite 15-102 and the room are just dreadful. If you tried to make it less appealing you would have a hard time. Clearly, this whole Hotel should have been demolished and not renovated. The ceilings are low, the whole Hotel stincks to high heaven and the staff is rude. We asked for a quiet room, what we got is next to the elevator and all day long jackhammer noise. Last night we tried to eat at the steakhouse but while it was still early 4 hostesses were behind the counter, empty tables and waiters standing around and they told us we have to wait. Needless to say, we left disgusted. Everyone we talked with had pretty much the same experience and hated it and would never return. Also, like Justin A. reported ear plugs were provided, that should have been a hint to head for the Aria. I cannot emphasize enough how disgusted I am with my stay and I have another 2 days to go. Avoid at all cost.
