  • The lady that did my nails seemed to be the manager. Absolute horrible attitude and customer service. I asked her for a simple snowflake on my ring finger for the holidays. She first tried to talk me out of it saying "it would look tacky". Come to find out it was because she had no artistic abilities what so ever, it looked like a white blob. The entire staff was very unpresentable. No one looked to have put any effort into coming to work besides rolling out of bed. Fist nails, get it together or you'll end up giving yourself a short lived business life. Customers are first and you should appreciate them. They are the ones that feed your families and pay your bills. I hope for your sake, the whole salon, especially the lady that did my nails was just having a bad day. Good luck in future.
