  • I stayed in THEhotel at Mandalay Bay and wanted to dine somewhere nice with my wife for our anniversary. StripSteak looked like it was perfect. I had the 10oz filet medium rare and it was so tender you could cut it with the fork. Did you know they have over 100 different scotches? I tried one of the featured selections, it was $21. It was good, but not $21 good. The service is excellent. We made a reservation and were greeted with a personal card wishing us a happy anniversary! That was nice and thoughtful of them. I suggest picking up a $50 certificate from restaurant.com to soften the blow of the price. The were flexible with the certificate and allowed us to order anything off the menu. The certificate said we had to order the prefix selection. (http://www.restaurant.com/microsite.asp?rid=358327) The Manager, Ashley, emailed us wishing us a happy anniversary. I like the personal touches and would dine here again.
