I had a motherboard issue with a computer I bought (with a warranty) from Best Buy. I went to the Champaign store, and they sent my computer to their central office for repairs. It came back over a month later, yet no repairs were completed. Best buy again sent the computer to the central office. This process was repeated four times, until, after six months, Best Buy gave up and offered me a new computer. Still, I was without a laptop for six months because of these guys!
