This place is getting worse and worse - I highly recommend you go elsewhere. The billing is awful, even though I have great insurance. Anticipate no privacy, as the front desk staff will ask if you're here for *insert reason here*, then demand payment before the visit (which might be normal, but I'm spoiled in thinking you pay following treatment). The whole lobby will know what you pay and why you're there. Also, they won't combine appointments - if you're there for two different things, you'll need two separate appointments so they can charge for two office visits. What's worse, don't get attached to anyone - the staff turnover is so high! Unless it's Dr. Anne-Marie Reed, no one else seems to hang around for too long.
This may be my last visit here and I've never felt so glad about it.
