Customer service is the first impression the experience one will have when staying at a hotel. I have stayed here before and enjoy the pool, hot tub, happy hour and bfast. The rooms are rooms and meet expectations. When I checked in today it was like getting booked into jail. The front desk staff were very not interested in being there nor helping us and barely spoke to us. There was the tossing of paperwork to Sign and no eye contact. I don't know what happened but I cancelled on the spot and rebooked with hotels.com ( which were very helpful). In close, we kinda had a good run but I found some place better and will keep the memories but make new ones with Embasy Suites.
