  • I will be honest here I don't go to Ross on my own I end up there because of the wife. I do like to roam through the store looking for household items. I don't care for their men's section. I have usually found some unique item to take home. They have some good items but you really need to filter through the not so nice things to find the good stuff. I have found good deals of Samsonite luggage at Ross on several occasions. Bought a really nice Samsonite hard case luggage from this Ross recently. The employees are always friendly so I do have to commend them on the customer service. I have not had a bad customer service experience yet at this location. The store is pretty well kept despite the mass of people who ship this location. I have to also commend them on that because without allot of effort the store could be a real mess. I am glad we have a Ross near us as the wife always seems to find a good deal on a quality item and leaves happy for a good find. They have a large variety of items so it can be impossible to leave with out something in your cart. A savvy shopper will definitely enjoy a trip to Ross. The only thing is you have to have the time to commit to find the good items and as a man I don't have that kind of patience.
