  • Called Ryan on a Monday morning and he was the only one that didn't go straight to voicemail to leave a message. Not mad at the other people but that really helped my case. I called at 10:00 and he was able to show up at 11:30 so I called my parents whose home he was headed to confirm the time, time worked and he was there when expected to be! Now I'm writing this from half my stand point, half my parents since I wasn't present for him to show up but combined, the answer was conclusive that Ryan was polite,attentive, and got the job done. Although no one likes to pay for unexpected issues in a house we had no choice but to call someone out this go around and felt like the bill was reasonable and the time he took was comparable to what needed to be done. Thanks again Ryan! We definitely will be referring LV indoor science for any future work and will be calling him back for any issues we have!
