I ordered a tv online. On the tab says will I be picking this up or someone else. I said someone else filled out the info. When that person went to go get it they didn't let him. They gave him a hard time and myself.
So once I get home to help out the TV up, we plug it in and we see a white shaped boot on the screen. It was already 1am. I tried calling Best Buy customer service but it was close.
This morning I call the store to explain the situation with them. Such as if it was possible to send out a new one and pick up the old one bc of the hassle and they said no they couldn't. Even though they sold me a messed up tv.
Spoke to the manager Chris not once did he apologize for anything. Terrible customer service I'm not sure if I'll be shopping at Best Buy again.
