I went to Humble for a friends birthday party with a group of 6 on a Saturday night. Here was my experience...
The Up Side- The pizzas that we ordered were delicious and full of flavor. The menu includes several gourmet options that are unique and not your typical pizza topping combinations. All the pizzas were thin crust (my fav!) and had 6 slices. It was perfect for our group, we all ordered a different flavor and split so that we could try them all. If you are not starving, you could definitely split a pizza with 2 people, however it was also very good left over.
The Down Side-We went on a Saturday and it was very busy. We had to wait quite a while to get a table since many people were lingering and enjoying their wine (understandable). We waited at the bar, but there was only room for a few of us to actually get a seat and not much room inside to wait. Once we were seated our waitress took our orders for drinks, but took a long time to return for food orders and was relatively inattentive throughout the meal (again, I understand because it was busy). The pizza was also pretty pricey, about $13 each on average.
I would return to Humble with a much smaller group, I think it would be ideal for a date night and if you are willing to relax and enjoy yourself while not in a time crunch. I also would like to try it out when the patio is open and check out the happy hour specials.
If you're looking for new pizza flavors to try and a glass of wine to go with it, this is your place!
