It's local, it's not a chain but man was it disappointing.
My biggest complaint about the menu is that it is vague. There are some cool names for dishes but no descriptions as to what is on the plate. Ruben (corn beef or pastrami, you tell me)
baked meat loaf (what does it come with)
Western omelet (what makes it western)
I got the baked meat loaf dinner. This is all the menu stated. I get a plate with steamed vegetable, mash potatoes, and two slices of meat loaf smothered with dark brown gravy. (I am not a gravy person) but the menu did not state what was coming on the plate. The mash potatoes tasted like instant potatoes, the vegetables were obviously a FROZEN medley. the meat loaf was flavorless and the gravy was instant. Very disappointing.
My wife got he Philly cheese steak with onions and peppers. She only eight the meat. The onions and peppers were soaked with grease. Shortly after eating she had an upset stomach and the runs. Needless to say she was not happy.
You can't make potatoes from a box and steam frozen vegetables and expect people to come back for more.
