  • So I started having some tooth discomfort over the weekend and left them a message to come in to get an exam that following Monday. I got call before they opened up for the day to come in within that same hour. Kudos there. Thanks Beth! I get in and as with a lot of people I have anxiety about the whole Dentist office process. I explained this to the first friendly person who helped me (Chanelle) who gave me some tips and was very understanding about the whole x-ray mouth thingie that I had problems with in the past.....She was very understanding and patient (not to mention -fast). The dentist (Dr. Call) was very thorough on trying to explain things to me so we had a plan to get my teeth figured out over the long haul. Jonathan the operations manager for the office was great explaining the treatment plan and costs ensured me I was going to be taken care of which i felt at ease about. Not feeling so much trepidation as I did before coming back to this office (I had been to other offices).
