Thanks for ruining Mother's Day! This florist is a joke. I placed a Mother's Day order online. I selected delivery for the Friday before Mother's Day so that I'd be sure the flowers made it to my mom on time.
What the Glorious Flower Shop did:
1. Did not deliver flowers, but
2. Charged my credit card
3. Did not take ANY responsibility for their F-up
What I learned:
1. Their website is not their own, it is a nat'l florist collective (farming) site
2. Their information on this site is inaccurate and out of date
3. This florist randomly cancels orders on busy days/occasions and
does not inform its customers.
They delivered a bouquet of flowers (not the ones I ordered) to my mother at 8:30pm on Monday night because I DEMANDED they do so. The driver complained to my mother about having to drive to her house because it's located in a new development. Really? STEER CLEAR unless you want terrible, unapologetic, unprofessional service and an attitude towards customers that is beyond blase. Shame on Gloriuos Flower Shop, shame. This place SUCKS!
