Pretty disappointed! I have been a member since they first opened. Positive note... I like how the cardio is separated from the weight lifting because they are two different kinds of exercise. Although, I don't like the set up downstairs. Not only do they rearrange the equipment monthly, it always get crammed in the most unconvenient ways. For instance, the benches are currently pushed up againist the dumbells. How are people suppose to reach around someone during their reps in front of their working bench??? Their legs will be in the way and I don't want to worry about dancing around others. Secondly, they allow gym members to yell, moan loadly, and get aggressive. Almost all of the bars are bent, due to being allowed to drop weights when dead lifting... Dropping weights is not necessary at ALL, most people don't know how to workout, most of the bars are now crazy bent. It would be nice if there were personal trainners that could correct this non-sense. Isn't that what they are here to do? Help people workout properly and with respect? I laugh because the few cases that I've seen trainners at this gym has not led by example either.... They themselves don't correct their clients postures. It's SAD!!!! I could go on but I think enough is said.
On top of everything, the gym off 303 is NOW closed so this gym is CRAZYYYY packed... I am leaving this gym.
