I left my e-reader on the airplane after landing late at night, but didn't realize it until the next morning. I called the number for Hawaiian Airlines Sky Harbor lost and found over 40 times and could not even get to a voicemail box to leave a message. I called Hawaiian Airlines' main number. They confirmed that the lost and found number I was dialing is correct and told me to keep calling and try to leave a voicemail, which, of course, is not possible. It shouldn't be this hard to connect with a human being in the Hawaiian Sky Harbor terminal to ask if a lost item has been found. Extraordinarily poor customer service. I will not fly again.
