I have been a member at LA Boxing for about five years and I have always been very happy with the workouts and the membership. I like that I can go in and in 1 hour get a full body workout, sweat a lot and have fun doing it. A lot of instructors mix their classes up so you are always being challenged, working new body parts and it never gets boring. Recently Jay Garcia joined the instructors team and his classes have been incredible. I have definitely seen a change (for the better!) in my body. He is educated on the workouts he creates, taking a lot of the moves from his own training regimen, and he is very good at motivating the class. He creates a lot of variety in the hour long classes, from hitting/kicking the bags to circuit training to cardio to abs and I always get a great workout in his class. I highly recommend LA Boxing, and definitely suggest that everyone take Jay's class if you want to see real results.
