  • Mysterious waiting list?? Well let's just say that when my family and I went mid April, 17th to be exact from out of town mind you. My wife and I went to inquire about a 3 bedroom unit and was told none would be available till June 1st. Told her that was fine cause kids don't finish school till mid June so if we have to put a deposit for a 30 day hold we will do so. loved the model that was shown to us, we even went back a second time with the kids and the in laws to get there approval and like us they loved the unit. Seeing that the girl saw that we clearly loved it, now let say she was fantastic! Nothing but great service just wish I remembered her name, lastly when asked when should be a good time to check and see about the unit she mentioned mid may and that she has our info so she will be bugging us when it gets closer to the date. Fast forward to today, called to see if there were any notice given for the 3br. Units and guess what there is now a waiting list, we would now be number 3 on the list?? Clearly upset, I asked why wasn't I notified that there is going to be a waiting list? She said they started it at the end of April? But we inquired and clearly loved it in mid April ?? Why weren't we notified? No response back no apology no let me see why I can do to make this right? Only response I got was you can put in a application and be number 3 on the list? For what? Shouldn't we be first? Sad that thinking this was going to be home now the family and I will to look else where. Who ever the lady working today, called at 1:43p to be exact could care less for what I was saying to her, zero sense of urgency. Must of been having a bad day I guess.
