  • Horrible customer service, had an appointment had to wait 10 minutes after scheduled before being seen. Was quoted $70 for my exam and contact fitting, when I went to pay it was actually $145 cause they said my insurance wouldn't cover a contact lens exam, but why didn't they tell me this before the exam? Overall terrible experience
