Went to Jim's Open Kitchen. Very much a small diner experience and exactly what we were looking for. Maybe has 5 or 6 tables total and a bar with about 20 stools. Seat yourself. The service was very quick and the food was delicious, good prices for the area. Lots of people working, and the cooking was behind the bar so you can watch them make your food if you sit there. We will definitely make this our regular spot for breakfast. We tried eggs(scrambled and over easy)bacon sausage patties French toast and pancakes between the four of us dining, everything was good. My 6 year old wants to go there every morning, we settled for once a month!
