| - As a previous reviewer said, "Stay far away". I saw a listing on TrueCar.com for a Chrysler 300 at Airpark Chrysler. It had the safety features I wanted, which were very important to me. The price was acceptable. I went to the dealership and met with the sales manager, who has sent me an email to come and look at the car. BUT they have no such car, they never had such a car. The sales manager said that he could get me what I wanted from Tucson, but it would be $2000 more. Is this what they call bait and switch? When I complained, he asked why I was so "grumpy", saying that this practice was common in their industry. He then took me to the General Manager, Coye Pointer, who said he would look into the problem for me. After a while, he called back and said that they could get sort of what they had advertised, but that it would cost me $2300 more and I should considered that a gift since it would cost them $2,600 more. They never had any cars with the safety features that I wanted and that they had advertised. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY!!!
