I was scheduled for an ultrasound today. Everything went smoothly. I checked in and paid and was taken back promptly. My problem was with the technician. Her bedside manner left a lot to be desired and she was very condescending. She clearly did not want to do the exam, so it seemed like she was trying to talk me out of doing it. She was trying to make decisions that a doctor should make. After upsetting me, she attempted to back track, but the damage was done. I have never experienced this at ANY other diagnostic facility. She needs sensitivity training
